Holiday Happenings

We had a quiet and lovely Christmas at home this year. Jacob had to work a fair amount, but we managed to still make all of our plans happen the way we had hoped. Here is a recap of our Christmas.

Picking the Perfect Tree
(Perfect=Small and Green)

Leaving cookies and milk out for Santa. Let's just say "Santa" was glad for New Year's resolutions to work off the holiday treats.

This boy won't be getting coal for Christmas. Not with that charming face.

Enjoying Christmas dinner: Pancetta wrapped pork roast, Twice baked potatoes with shrimp, Phylo wrapped asparagus, sautéed mushrooms, and Roasted Butternut Squash salad with Warm Cider Vinaigrette. Dinner was finished off with Peppermint ice cream with homemade hot fudge and whipped cream.
